My art is not to be minted into NFTs, fed into AI or modified by AI.

I have a right to refuse or cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation. The Client has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.

I appreciate the client giving me direct pointers such as references, moodboards and such for their commissions.

I have a right to upload the commission on all social media unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private.

Payment is to be made after the Client has approved the sketch. I will not work further on the commission until receiving payment.

I will not work with deadlines or rush orders. I do not work on a "first come first serve" basis. Smaller commissions may be worked on in between larger commissions.

The Client may make minor edits to the completed commission such as Cropping, Adding text & borders, Changing values such as brightness & hue).

The Client may reupload the commission for personal use, but only if proper credit to me and a link back to any of my social media is provided.

The Client may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with me beforehand.

The Client may not claim the commission as their own work, whether they did or did not make any edits to the finished piece.

The Client is paying for a digital good when ordering drawn art and will not require any shipping of any kind. The exception to this are bracelets - shipping has to be covered by the client. I only ship within the Eu.

All commissions will be handed over through wetransfer.com as a PNG file.

Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all commissions will be posted on my social media (resized & watermarked) after the client received & approved the finished commission.

Payment is to be made after the Client has approved the sketch. The Client is not to send payment upfront unless ordering through Ko-Fi.

Payment is to be made via PayPal only, either directly or through a Ko-Fi order form. If done directly through PayPal, I require the client's E-mail to send an invoice. The client does not need to pay for payPal fees.

PayPal payment is to be done in EUR (Euro €).

Payment must be sent within 72 hours after confirmation.

If the Client cancels their commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished: 65% refunded if in the lineart stage, 50% refunded if in the colouring stage, 30% - 20% refunded if in the shading stage. The Client will not receive any files of the commission.

If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.

Refunds will be given within 72 hours after correspondence.

The Client will not be refunded if they are unsatisfied with the commission. If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, I am willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. adjusting colours), up to a maximum of two (2) times after correspondence. Any desired major revisions (ex. reposing, colour scheme change, etc.) will be rejected. The only major revisions permitted are details that I may have missed and was specified by the Client while the commission was still in the sketching/lineart stage.
